This project involved the removal of 200mm of earth, and grading the yard to fall into a newly constructed drainage pit. Dave used geotech fabric, a drainage cell, and river sand to cover the pit, allowing rainwater to easily drain from the yard.
This project involved resolving a drainage problem in a room that had been built under the house. The low clearance space was excavated, providing 2.5m of clearance from the slab to the underside of the deck. The project involved installing ag drains, pouring the slab and laying block work to form a great usable space.
This project involved the removal of over 260 old tyres that had been used as a retaining wall. The yard was then excavated and levelled, and a new treated pine retaining wall was installed by Dave.
Installation of eight solid stone bath tubs, each weighing approximately 1.3 tonne. This project also included privacy screens made from railway sleepers and reinforcement bars, that were custom designed and built by Dave.
This project involved the construction of a grated kerb entry pit over an existing 1050mm stormwater line, as part of a two lot subdivision in the Sutherland Shire.
This project in Claymore required the installation of a large diameter stormwater drain, spanning 1km in length. The pipe used was 1650mm and 1500mm, which Dave completed as a subcontractor to Menai Civil Contractors.
Design and construction of an oil separator pit for a heavy haul truck wash bay for Plant Haul Heavy Haulage.
